The Workforce Housing Project was developed under the City of Los Angeles' Small Lot Ordinance, which encourages urban infill and moderate-income ownership housing. The five units in this project are family friendly. Bedrooms on two floors enable multi-generational living. Generous fenestration provides views, natural light and air. An effort is being made to use every available open space as landscaped outdoor space. This can be individual gardens, as well as communal seating or play areas. Some larger trees will be planted for shade and character. Facades are greened to provide cooling of outdoor spaces and softening of buildings.
Five units at 1,700SF each.
