The Historic Craftsman House is located in the historic preservation zone of Harvard Heights west of downtown Los Angeles. This 30-block neighborhood takes great pride in the restoration of its magnificent Craftsman mansions. The new owner of this house made attention to detail and authenticity of style a priority in the renovation and remodel. As the house had seen little care in its 100-year history this project was a true labor of love on the part of the client, contractor and us.
