The Contemporary Spanish House was built on the foundations of a small 1920 Spanish bungalow that had first been remodeled in the 1960's, preserving only the original vaulted living room. The home has four bedrooms and large spaces for entertaining the gatherings of an extended family. Second floor terraces and an outdoor living room connect the interiors to gardens and views. This transitional style draws its inspiration from the history of the region and the neighborhood
