The Brewery is a change of use of a 4,000 SF warehouse into production facility for specialty beers. Between health department requirements and the zoning approvals for a small tasting room, permitting of micro breweries is lengthy and complicated. Under tight budget constraints, the main attraction of the tasting room is a view of the brew facilities through a wall of glass.
